The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers Official Store is committed to fan satisfaction; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that clearance items and custom-printed jerseys are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise along with a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email to ensure proper credit to your account.
Submit via Mail or In-Person
Ship your package using a traceable carrier to the Snake Pit Team Store at Neurosciences Group Field, or visit the stadium store in person during regular business hours.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once your return is inspected and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or your requested exchange item will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
